Do not trace, copy or edit the artwork.

When requesting a commission, the client agrees to these terms.

I only accept clear and complete references; I do not work with vague descriptions.

I might use the artwork for promotion purposes (commission examples, portfolio). In case you don't want your commission to be posted, please let me know in the request form.

Prices are in USD you and payments through Paypal invoice.

Full payment is required to start the artwork.

Partial payments can be discussed for commercial works or full-body works (selective).

Payment is upfront. If the customer does not pay in a period of 3 days, their slot will be deleted and given to the next person on the list.

Price may increase depending the complexity of the commission.

All listed prices are for personal use only.

Once the commission starts there’s no refund so please stay aware of this before requesting.

If for some reason I'm unable to finish your commission, I'll refund.

Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive a partial refund depending on amount of work completed. I will have full right to refuse any service to the customer in the future.

References: Character references (also tell me what you have in mind, if not, tell me a bit about the characters personality)

Commission type: (if its sticker chibis, please specify what expression should the character have)

What will it be used for?: Personal | Streaming/content use | Commercial use

If paypal, please send your email to make the invoice.

I accept your commission request and send the invoice.

After payment, I'll start the sketch and send it to you for revisions.

After the sketch being confirmed, I'll proceed to continue the piece and send the finished files to your email.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

For direct and faster communication, Discord is an optional way to check the updates. Feel free to ask the ID if your request was accepted.

If you’d like, you can also join the Discord server to stay updated on commission announcements, streams, and more).

Be sure to provide complete references of your character. (Ex. fullbody, base colors, details.)

Written character descriptions without references will be declined (unless custom design is requested and accepted).

I usually take from 2 weeks ~ 1 month to finish a commission. Depends on my workload, commission type and complexity.

Please be patient, you can check my Trello to track your commission. I always update it.

The artist:

The artist retain all the rights for display, advertising the work on websites, SNS, portfolio, etc.

The customer:

The customer may use the artwork for display on SNS with no direct monetization, which can be banners, profile pictures, posts, or any print that is only for personal use.

If customer bought the commercial rights, artwork can be used for promotional/streaming purposes/digital goods or merchandise.

Credit must be given to the artist when commissioned artwork is being used on SNS.

The customer can not modify or alter the artwork.

The customer can not claim the artwork as theirs (like if they did the work), customer only has the ownership of the commissioned artwork.

The customer can not use it for other purposes that weren't discussed previously.

The customer can not use the artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI. If done, customer will be instantly blacklisted.

TOS is subject to change without previous notice.

If you break the TOS rules, you will be blacklisted for future commissions.
